To actively educate UC San Diego students on holistic health and well-being topics by presenting relevant, research based information that empowers their peers to reflect on choices and engage in healthier perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors. Our mission is to provide support to students during their journey at UC San Diego, and teach them healthy lifestyle habits that will contribute to student success, life satisfaction, and a sense of well-being.

Purpose

The nationally Certified Peer Educator Program was established to foster an environment of learning and engagement in order to address individual and community issues related to the 8 Dimensions of Well-Being that UC San Diego students may experience. Well-Being Peer Educators facilitate engaging programs in collaboration with campus and community partners and are committed to increasing awareness and providing education to their peers.
